Exodus Communications:

Appointed Technical Account Manager for Merrill Lynch, our biggest account in the East, preceding crucial negotiations for contract renewal. Participated in 3 months of negotiations leading to successful renewal, achieving approximately $14 million in recurring annual revenue. Managed client relationship as Engagement Manager.

Project Manager implementing the New York Mercantile Exchange's online trading site. Responded to the call to drastically accelerate the schedule when the World Trade Center attack shut down the physical trading floor. We quickly launched three days later, shattering the previous record level of transactions.

Informed executive management at the accounts at one of our New York data centers that it was closing, and retained all but two by persuading them to move to another Exodus facility. Supervised the physical relocations. Finished the project in five weeks - saving the company over $1 million in monthly operating expenses.

Instinctual Media:
